Implementation and Evaluation
In order to make anti-efficiency logics effective, three instruments are to be developed and tested that are based on digital technologies: 1. a reflexive-sustainable personnel planning system that also takes soft factors, such as mutual sympathy, into account; 2. an emotion recognition app that, for example, can provide important feedback to care personnel in intensive care; and 3. a reflexive care management system that is supported by a software tool and helps to identify and prioritize decision alternatives. The evaluation of these instruments is carried out with a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews and surveys. The implementation is carried out in cooperation with our practice partner "Deutsche Fachpflege", which operates a large number of outpatient care services as well as shared flats and inpatient facilities throughout Germany.
